Description

The Directorate-General for Economic and Financial Affairs (DG ECFIN) intends to launch a low value negotiated call for tender in order to conclude a contract with a conference or event venue.

The scope of the contract is as follows:

DG ECFIN would like to organise a one-day seminar in Brussels in March 2018. A procurement procedure will be launched for a venue, suitable for approximately 700 participants, that also offers lunch catering.
