The Recovery and Resilience Facility is the key instrument of #NextGenerationEU. It will support reforms and investments in Member States.
National plans for spending RRF support will have to meet binding climate and digital goals. This will help the EU achieve its target of climate neutrality by 2050 and set it on a path of digital transition, creating jobs and spurring growth in the process.
Member States can now submit their national recovery and resilience plans to the Commission.
