The webinar was structured in two parts. Following an introduction by Commissioner Gentiloni, Laurence Boone (OECD) gave a keynote speech on “Tackling the fallout from COVID-19”. A high-level policy panel will then discuss the role of fiscal policy in mitigating the effects of the COVID crisis.
